Kaya Smiles is the loyalty program launched by Kaya skin Clinic Limited, which lets you to earn points while transacting across all Kaya Skin clinics & Kaya Skin Bars. These points can be redeemed across all Kaya Skin clinics & Kaya Skin Bars.
How do I join?
Kaya Smiles Program is open for participation to individuals above the age of 18 years at the time of enrollment. In any month, an individual who has made a transcation of 1000 & above in last 12 months in any kaya skin clinic or Kaya Skin bar becomes eligible to enrol himself/herself under Kaya Smiles Program. The enrollment form is available at Kaya SKin Clinics or Kaya Skin Bars.
Can I become member Online?
Currently this option is not available.
How long membership is valid for?
Membership to Kaya Smiles is valid for 3 years unless the member is downgraded out of program. At the end of 3 year tenure, the membership will be automatically renewed. Auto-renewal of membership would take place only if the member is active (has doen one transactionatleast in the last 12 months).
How do I register on Kaya Smiles?
You would have received your KYC ID in your email, please login with this ID and then you get an option to change your username with your registered email ID and your password.
Note: You would require your KYC ID to login. Get in touch with call center to get the same by giving your name & mobile number. KYC id & password will be sent to customers registered email id within 1 week of enrollment.
Customer can login to website or call toll free no 1800-266-1177 to update his /her profile. However if you want to change your registered mobile number / email id you need to visit your nearest Kaya clinic & fill up the address change form at the clinic. Your details will be updated in 2 weeks time.
What are the call centre timings?
You can call the call centre anytime between 10am to 8pm (Monday to Saturday) & 10am to 6pm (Sunday).
Skin MilesTM will be valid for 24 months from the date of accrual. If not redeemed within 24 months from the date of accrual, such points shall lapse. For example: if a customer shops on 1st January 2014 these points will expire after 2 years from date of accural. In this case the points will expire on 31st December 2015.
How can I know my point details?
Customer can login to website & get the transaction history or alternatively he can also call call center to get the same info.
What is the spends to points conversion?
Every Rs. 100 spent will earn you 10 points.
What is the value of the points?
Every 10 points is equal to Re.1
When will my points get updated in the Kaya Smiles account after my shopping?
Skin MilesTM will be credited on a monthly basis into each membership account for the previous month's transactions.
Lost/misplaced membership cards will be replaced by paying a nominal fee of Rs.100. This fee will only be charged for Gold and Blue members. Platinum members will not be charged a fee for replacement of cards.
When do I get my upgrade card?
Post the threshold transaction, the upgrade intimation would be sent you on your registered e-mail id. The upgrade cards for Blue & Gold tiers needs to be collected at the clinics. Gold Elite / Platinum cards will be couriered to you for Gold and Blue members. Platinum members will not be charged a fee for replacement of cards.
What is the minimum redemption limit and how many Skin MilesTM can I redeem at a time?
Any number of Skin MilesTM can be redeemed at the time of billing. However, you must have accumulated 4000 points to be eligible for redemptions for the first time.
When can you redeem your Skin MilesTM?
Your Skin MilesTM can be redeemed anytime when you visit the clinic for service.
Is there a timeframe to redeem these Skin MilesTM?
No, there is no particular time frame for redeeming your Skin MilesTM. You can use them as and when you like, provided they have not expired. Skin MilesTM expire after 2 years of their earning date.
Can I redeem Skin MilesTM for cash?
No. Skin MilesTM cannot be redeemed for cash. Skin MilesTM can only be redeemed against Products and Services offered by Kaya Skin Clinic.
Can I transfer my Skin MilesTM
No, Skin MilesTM are non – transferable.
Is there any limit on the number of redemptions?
There is no limit on the number of redemptions. You can make redemptions any number of times you like, as long as your Skin MilesTM haven't expired or haven't been exhausted.
Can I cancel a successful redemption?
No. Once a redemption request is processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Do I need my membership card to redeem Skin MilesTM at the clinic?
Yes, you must carry your membership card to the clinic for redeeming your Skin MilesTM.
What can I redeem my Skin MilesTM against?
You can redeem your Skin MilesTM against all services and products offered by Kaya Skin Clinic.
Where can one redeem Skin MilesTM?
The Skin MilesTM can only be redeemed at any of the Kaya Skin Clinic outlets operating in India only. This is not valid in any Shop in Shop/Kaya product counters or online portals.
Can I use the Skin MilesTM for a deduction from my bill amount after the bill has been generated?
No, once the bill is generated, you will need to ask in your next billing.
